Natalia Jakonis

Natalia was born in Lithuania and immigrated to Canada on February 23, 1949. After a career of almost 30 years with the Royal Bank of Canada, she retired in 1985 from the Quebec International Center Letter of Credit department and immediately enrolled at the Visual Arts Center in Montreal to pursue her lifelong dream of painting. In 1993, Natalia joined the Art Group 80 and the Independent Art Association and has participated since then in their spring and fall exhibitions. In October 1996, March 1997 and September 2001, she participated with the Royal Bank of Canada artists at the Place Ville Marie exhibitions for the benefit of Centraide of Greater Montreal. Natalia joined the Baltic Artists Association in 2002 and has since been participating in the fine art exhibitions that this group holds every second year. Natalia works in acrylics on canvas and in watercolors

Natalia est née en Lituanie et a immigré au Canada le 23 Février, 1949. Après une carrière de près de 30 ans avec la Banque Royale du Canada, elle a pris sa retraite en 1985, du Québec Centre international des lettres de crédit et de service immédiatement inscrits au Centre d'arts visuels à Montréal pour poursuivre son rêve de peindre. En 1993, Natalia a rejoint le Groupe d'art de 80 et les indépendants Art Association et a participé depuis lors dans leurs expositions de printemps et d'automne. En Octobre 1996, Mars 1997 et Septembre 2001, elle a participé à la Banque Royale du Canada, des artistes à la Place Ville Marie expositions au profit de Centraide du Grand Montréal. Natalia baltes ont adhéré à l'Association des Artistes en 2002 et a depuis participé à des expositions d'objets d'art que ce groupe détient tous les deux ans. Natalia travaille à l'acrylique sur toile et aquarelles.
